Custom-built PC Solutions - Australia Wide

In situations where a "standard" PC system will not do the job, Mouseworks can also provide custom built PC solutions to suit specific client applications. Our equipment is Microsoft Certified & C-Tick approved. Each system is optimised and hand built by us from selected and tested components from name brand companies such as Seagate, Intel, Asus & IBM.

All components are chosen for suitability of purpose and they must be totally compatible together. This applies especially to our Windows 2003 Server systems where component choice is crucial to performance, reliability and longevity. Note that we have never lost a single server through component failure.

Each system has at minimum a 3 year warranty - one year on-site, two years Return to Base. This can be extended by a further 2 years in the case of our dedicated SCSI Server Systems.

Mouseworks is also fully accredited for sales to Tax Exempt organisations and companies. In addition to our own brand, we supply IBM, Acer, Toshiba and HP.

Mouseworks Systems are also optimised for their intended operating system - be that Windows 2003 Server & Vista, Linux or Sun OS.

Note: We do not sell to the "green guide" market. We sell to a limited clientele that we can fully support and in areas where Mouseworks has a unique expertise - ie. Government, Defense, Printing Industry, Internet, Manufacturing and Music/AV Studios. We do welcome referrals from our clients.

Policy

The purchase of a Mouseworks system is more than that of simply supplying a "box". Any PC retailer/distributor can do this but Mouseworks supply a fully integrated, customised package assembled by our technicians to provide optimal performance for the end user.
